NITRILE (Acrilonitrile Butadine)
This material has excellent resistance to petroleum-based fluids, oils, grease and solvents, but has poorer resistance to aromatic hydrocarbons.

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)
Excellent resistance to ozone ageing and many chemicals, with good resistance to steam and water but not suitable for contact with petroleum liquids.

This material has an excellent resistance to high temperatures ranging from -70° C- +200° C combined with good water repellence and electrical insulation. Also has a good resistance to Ozone and many gases.

SPONGE RUBBER & FOAM
Standard Sponge rubber sheeting is an open cell material skinned on both surfaces and available in a range of thicknesses from 3 – 25mm manufactured in 1Mtr wide rolls can be supplied as sheet or cut strip. A large range of sheet foams are also available in a range of different materials including Neoprene and Polyethylene supplied as plain sheet or adhesive backed. We stock a range of sizes in Expanded Neoprene Adhesive Backed strip in 10 Mtr coils common sizes are 25 x 3, 25 x 6 and 25 x 9mm other sizes can be obtained to suit customer applications. Soft landing material for use in the lining of fruit hoppers and vegetable machinery also available in a range of thicknesses.

CUTTING SERVICE
Across the range of rubber sheeting a cut service is available for customers requiring cut strip or cut sheet from the roll also available Self-Adhesive Backed material. For items required in large quantities that require stamping out tooling may need to be manufactured.
RUBBER EXTRUSIONS
A varied range of rubber extrusions from basic U channels to more specialist window and door seals. In a range of materials including SBR, Neoprene and Nitrile some of the D Fenders are also available in white non marking rubber. RUBBER BONDED CORK SHEET
A compressible material for low to medium bolt pressure, with a resistance to oil and fuels so can be used as gasket material in many applications in some applications this can be used to reduce noise and vibration. Supplied in 1Mtr wide rolls, length cut to order in a range of thicknesses. Plain cork sheet also available.
ANTI-VIBRATION PAD
The performance of this material provides many advantages in industrial applications involving heavy machinery, compressors, pumps and refrigeration units. Where isolation of vibration and noise is required the makeup of this material has the following advantages High Load Bearing, Damping at Low Frequencies and Low Creep. The material also retains these properties throughout its working life. Available in 1Mtr square sheet in a range of thicknesses.
